Reschedule | Cancellation Policy & Booking Deposit

The Manor Clinic requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment reschedules or cancellations.

Booking deposits can be credited to your account or refunded if you cancel any time before 48 hours from your scheduled appointment start time.

A $100.00 deposit is required when scheduling an appointment. The $100.00 deposit will be credited towards service if you decide to proceed with service, during the same appointment. The $100.00 deposit is held if you decide not to proceed with service and opt for a Consultation appointment.

You will receive a confirmation email when you schedule an appointment with us. This email contains a link to make changes to your appointment. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your appointment and a text message containing appointment details 24 hours before your appointment.

If you reschedule or cancel an appointment within 48 hours of the appointment start time or do not attend a scheduled appointment The Manor Clinic reserves the right to retain the $100.00 deposit.

Multiple Treatment appointments must include at least 1 contour treatment. If this term is not met The Manor Clinic reserves the right to retain the $100.00 deposit.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment The Manor Clinic reserves the right to retain the $100.00 deposit.

 

Consultation & Review Appointments

All appointments include a consultation before service.

Select a Consultation appointment if you wish for a consultation-only appointment. The cost of this service is $100.00.

The Manor Clinic offers In-Clinic & Telehealth Consultation appointments.

Schedule a review appointment online or contact The Manor Clinic. This appointment is for existing patients only.

Anti-Wrinkle Review Appointments are to be scheduled at the 2-week mark, between 2-3 weeks post-treatment.

Dermal Filler Review Appointments are to be scheduled at the 4-week mark, between 4-6 weeks post-treatment.

Contact The Manor Clinic if you wish to schedule a review outside of the therapeutic windows.

 

Payment Of Services

The Manor Clinic requires full payment of service immediately post-service. Payment methods include Debit/Credit Card, Cash, Bank Transfer (Osko), Zip & Afterpay. Alternative payment options incur a 10% surcharge. The Manor Clinic reserves the right to require payment before services. This may occur when you indicate Buy Now, Pay Later services as the payment method. The Manor Clinic will not be held responsible if Buy Now, Pay Later services are unavailable and request patients have other payment methods for services before scheduling an appointment.

 

Treatment Suitability & Refund Policy

Services may vary between individuals. The Manor Clinic reserves the right to assess the suitability of services for patients. Patients may be assessed unsuitable for services performed at The Manor Clinic. All reasonable efforts will be made to achieve patients desired results.

Due to the nature of services provided at The Manor Clinic, it is essential, as a patient, you acknowledge that there is no warranty or guarantee on services and no refunds will be provided for prescription medication. A refund will only be provided when required by Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer services to anyone under the age of 18.

 

Appointment Time & Schedule

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment start time. The Manor Clinic makes every reasonable effort to be on time for your appointment, although due to the nature of service and other factors, can at times, be behind schedule. Please consider this when scheduling an appointment.

 

Gift Certificate

Gift Certificates at The Manor Clinic can't be used to book appointments online. They can be used for clinic services or products but cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. These certificates are good for 3 years from purchase and can be given to someone else. Let us know before scheduling if you transfer a certificate. Any remaining balance on the certificate stays valid until the expiry.

 

Photography

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to have photographs taken of you during your appointment and agree to their use for medical review and in-clinic education.

Your treating nurse will always request further approval for any photography we intend to use for social media/advertising. No photography will be posted to social media without your approval.

 

Wheelchair Access

The Manor Clinic is unable to provide wheelchair access. This is due to the location ‘Florence House’ being recognised as a heritage place by the Brisbane City Council.

We provide wheelchair access at our Gold Coast location. 

 

Competitions

By entering one of our competitions, you agree to abide by terms and conditions and acknowledge you meet eligibility requirements.

*Must be 18 years or older.

*Must be an Australian resident.

*Abide other terms and conditions as per each competition post.

*The winner will be announced on The Manor Clinics’ social platforms.

*The winner will be randomly selected from successful entries and notified within 24 hours of the competition's end time.

*The winner must acknowledge the result within 24 hours or another successful entrant will be randomly selected.

*The winner will be final and no correspondence or negotiation will be entered into.

*Prize will vary depending on competition and under no circumstances can be redeemed for cash.
