S E C T I O N O N E

Reschedule, Cancellation Policy & Booking Deposit

Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel any appointment.

Deposits:

  • Standard appointments require a $100 deposit.

  • Longer appointments require a $200 deposit.

Deposit Use:

  • Your deposit will be credited towards your treatment if you proceed during the scheduled appointment.

  • If you choose not to proceed and only attend a consultation, the deposit will be held as the consultation fee.

Refunds & Credits:

  • Deposits can be refunded or credited to your account if you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, do not attend your appointment, or arrive more than 20 minutes late.

Reminders:

  • A confirmation email is sent at the time of booking, including a link to manage your appointment.

  • You will receive a reminder email 3 days prior and a text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Consultation & Review Appointments

Consultations:

  • Every appointment at The Manor Clinic includes a consultation before treatment.

  • If you would like a consultation-only appointment, please book a Consultation session ($100).

  • Consultations are available in-clinic or via telehealth.

Review Appointments: (for existing patients only)

  • Review appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting The Manor Clinic directly.

  • Anti-Wrinkle Reviews: Book at the 2-week mark, within 2–3 weeks post-treatment.

  • Dermal Filler Reviews: Book at the 4-week mark, within 4–6 weeks post-treatment.

  • If you require a review outside of these therapeutic windows, please contact The Manor Clinic.

Treatment Suitability & Refund Policy

Service Suitability:

  • Treatment outcomes vary between individuals.

  • The Manor Clinic reserves the right to assess a patient’s suitability for services.

  • In some cases, patients may be deemed unsuitable for certain treatments.

  • While every effort will be made to achieve your desired results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds & Guarantees:

  • Due to the nature of our services, no warranty or guarantee is offered.

  • Refunds are not available for prescription medication.

  • Refunds will only be issued when required under Australian Consumer Law.

Age Requirement:

  • The Manor Clinic does not provide services to individuals under the age of 18.

Payment of Services

When Payment is Due:

  • Full payment is required immediately after your treatment.

  • The Manor Clinic reserves the right to request payment prior to treatment, particularly if a Buy Now, Pay Later option is selected.

Payment Methods:

  • Accepted methods: Debit/Credit Card, Cash, Bank Transfer (Osko), Zip, and Afterpay.

  • Alternative payment options may incur a 10% surcharge.

Buy Now, Pay Later:

  • The Manor Clinic is not responsible for the availability of third-party Buy Now, Pay Later services.

  • Patients are required to have an alternative payment method available before scheduling an appointment.

Appointment Time & Scheduling

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • The Manor Clinic endeavours to run on time; however, due to the nature of our services, occasional delays may occur.

  • We kindly ask for your patience and understanding when booking and attending appointments.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates cannot be used to book appointments online.

  • They may be redeemed for in-clinic services or products, but cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

  • Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

  • Certificates are transferable—please notify us prior to scheduling if you wish to gift or transfer one.

  • Any remaining balance will stay valid until the expiry date.

Photography & Consent

  • By scheduling an appointment, you consent to clinical photography being taken during your appointment for the purposes of medical review and in-clinic education.

  • For any photography intended for social media or advertising, your treating nurse will always seek separate, explicit approval.

  • No images will be shared externally without your consent.

S E C T I O N E I G H T

Wheelchair Access

  • The Manor Clinic’s Brisbane location, Florence House, is a Brisbane City Council–listed heritage site and therefore does not have wheelchair access.

  • For patients requiring wheelchair accessibility, we provide this at our Gold Coast clinic.
