Mimi is an accomplished Operating Theatre Registered Nurse, and has now honed her skills in Non-Surgical Cosmetic Medicine, providing personalised care with compassion and elegance.
Nurse Mimi has a special affinity for supporting mature-aged patients and new mothers, understanding their unique concerns and needs as she herself is a mother. Her diverse background also includes working as a Scrub Scout Registered Nurse in fertility services, including IVF.

Natalie holds a Graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing from the Australian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science and is dedicated to ongoing education to ensure her practice reflects the latest standards in safety and technique.

As a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Dr Hertess achieved specialist recognition at a time when fewer than 3% of plastic surgeons were female, reflecting both her dedication and her standing within the profession.

Melissa (Mel) brings over a decade of experience in graphic design, with a Bachelor’s degree and a portfolio that has shaped some of Australia's most recognisable beauty brands. A Visual Storyteller, Brand Architect, and Creative Director at The Manor Clinic, her work is grounded in story, strategy, and aesthetic precision, ensuring every detail is intentional, cohesive, and beautifully executed. Much of her career was spent in-house as Senior Graphic Designer for Hismile and Loving Tan, where she was deeply involved in shaping brand identity. At Hismile and Loving Tan, her creative direction came to life, from product launches, packaging, logo design, campaigns, to digital presence. Mel didn’t just support brand stories, she helped write them.
Mel’s design philosophy is led by feeling. She understands that the way a brand is seen, held, and remembered begins with nuance. Whether she’s shaping brand identity, creating visual campaigns, or refining the flow of a website, her work reflects a rare balance of creativity and strategy.
Mel and Dior have been best friends for over twenty years, one studying Graphic Design, the other Nursing, often daydreaming during university breaks about working together someday. The most beautiful part of this story is how it came full circle and is now woven into The Manor Clinic, where medicine and design meet, and friendship shapes the brand from the inside out.

Denielle is, in every sense, the heart of The Manor. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, she’s the warm presence you’ll remember - greeting patients with genuine care, ensuring the clinic feels pristine, and quietly tending to every detail that makes our space feel like home.
She’s not just our Patient Liaison Officer - she’s the nurturer of the team, the one who remembers your favourite tea, makes sure the staff have lunch, and keeps us all running to time. Her calm energy and motherly instinct bring a softness and grace to the clinic that can’t be replicated - it’s simply who she is.
She loves cooking for the Manor Clinic family, and nothing brings her more joy than seeing the team pause, gather, and share a moment over a meal she’s made. Outside the clinic, her heart belongs to May - the guide dog she puppy-raised and was joyfully reunited with after her service. Their story is a testament to Denielle’s lifelong care for others, both two- and four-legged.
And while patients love her, we love her even more - because she’s also Dior’s mum. The bond between them is something quietly beautiful, and its presence is felt in every corner of the clinic. A mother and daughter, side by side - caring, creating, and bringing The Manor to life with heart and soul.
She answers the phones, chooses the teas, and waves goodbye at the end of each visit - always with the same sincerity and softness that has made her so beloved. For us, she’s not just part of the clinic - she is the feeling behind it.

Liam is the face of The Manor Clinic and one of the first you will see upon arrival. He is dedicated to ensuring each visit feels seamless and memorable, distinguishing his role through personalised, high-touch service that extends far beyond the traditional. His role is not simply administrative, but custodial of the patient experience, ensuring every arrival, transition, and departure is conducted with care.
From managing appointment bookings and accommodating special requests to overseeing schedule adjustments with care and efficiency, For patients travelling from interstate or overseas, he provides thoughtful guidance on local dining and experiences that reflect the best of Queensland. This allows him to extend the Manor experience beyond the clinic walls. With patience, empathy, and an unwavering service mindset, Liam responds attentively to each request while upholding the standards that define The Manor Clinic.
Chaise

Chaise is an integral part of The Manor Clinic and a familiar presence within its foundation. Having grown up alongside Dior, the clinic’s founder, her connection to The Manor is both personal and enduring, shaped by years of shared vision that began long before the clinic’s doors opened. What once started as childhood “shop games” has naturally evolved into a real-life expression of that same creativity and ambition.
With a Bachelor of Business, Chaise brings a considered and capable approach to her role, supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic with both structure and care. As Dior’s sister she plays a valued role within the broader Manor family, contributing to the sense of closeness and continuity that defines the clinic.
Raised on the Gold Coast, her warmth and familiarity create an ease within the clinic environment, while her natural attentiveness ensures patients feel comfortable and well looked after.
Outside of the clinic, Chaise is a devoted dog lover and values time spent with family and friends. Her presence at The Manor reflects both her personal connection to its origins and her ongoing commitment to its growth, making her a meaningful part of the experience for both team and patients alike.
