PARKING
The Manor Clinic is located at 256 Petrie Tce, Petrie Terrace, within a beautifully preserved historic terrace in one of Brisbane’s inner-city enclaves.
Surrounding street parking is available, and we recommend allowing a few additional minutes before your appointment so you can arrive, settle in, and transition comfortably into your visit.
For ease of access, free street parking is typically available along Petrie Tce on the left-hand side of the street, near Scout Cafe, between 9am and 4pm. Additional street parking may also be available nearby on Mountjoy Street and Wellington Street.
Please note that Petrie Tce is a Clearway Monday to Friday from 7am–9am and 4pm–7pm. We kindly ask that you observe all local signage and parking restrictions when parking near the clinic.
On arrival, our clinic entrance is located on Petrie Tce. Please make yourself comfortable in our lobby, where you will be warmly greeted by our team.

At The Manor Clinic, we welcome patients from across Australia and beyond. Set just minutes from Brisbane’s CBD, our Petrie Terrace location offers a discreet inner-city arrival, with easy access via major arterial roads and a peaceful approach through the surrounding heritage streets.
N O R T H
From Sunshine Coast
If travelling from the Sunshine Coast, follow directions toward Brisbane via the Bruce Highway, continuing onto the Inner City Bypass. Take the Hale Street exit, then turn left into the back streets of Petrie Terrace for a smooth and direct arrival at The Manor Clinic.
S O U T H
From Gold Coast
When travelling from the Gold Coast, follow signs toward Brisbane via the Pacific Motorway (M1) and continue toward the CBD. Take the exit for Turbot Street, then follow Roma Street toward Petrie Terrace to arrive at The Manor Clinic. The Clem Jones Tunnel is not required.

From Brisbane Airport
The Manor Clinic is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from Brisbane Airport, depending on traffic conditions. Rideshare services such as Uber typically take a similar amount of time, with fares generally ranging between $35–$50, subject to demand and time of day.
ENTRY TO THE CLINIC
Access to The Manor Clinic is directly from Petrie Tce. Please look for a prominent white heritage building with a classic black cast-iron gate at the front, clearly marked with the number 256.
